Umaid Bhawan Palace
Umaid Bhawan Palace is one of the World's largest private residence. The Palace is divided into 3 parts out of which one is residence of the Royal family and a part of the Palace is a hotel managed by Taj Hotels and a part is museum open for tourists. In the museum you will get to know the history of the Royal Family, various rare collections and art pieces and you can even see a wide collection of vintage cars of the Royal family. If you wish you can even book a room here to enjoy the splendid beauty of the Palace.
2. Mehrangarh fort
Mehrangarh fort- an UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the largest forts of the country. Situated at the top of city, from here you will get entire view of the city. From here you can even enjoy view of the blue city as Jodhpur is also known as blue city.
3. Jaswant Thada
Just next to Mehrangarh fort you can also visit Jaswant Thada- a marble cenotaph monument. The structure is beautifully made by carved marble.
4. Ghantaghar and markets
Jodhpur Ghanta Ghar, also known as the Clock Tower, is a popular landmark in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. 7. Temples near Jodhpur
There are various other temples too to visit near Jodhpur. One of the famous Temples is Nakodaji which is 2 hours away from Jodhpur. On the way to Nakodaji, there are various beautiful temples to explore.
